Last year it was promised that ChatGPT would write this year's newsletter. Alas, this is all that it came up with: “Keep in mind that the popularity and existence of newsletters can change, and new ones may emerge over time. If 'Summer Eyes' is a real newsletter, you should be able to find information about it through online searches or by checking related online platforms.”
We are shocked that AI did not recognize the worldwide importance of "Summer Eyes" and that it couldn't Google it themselves.
This year has flown by at breakneck speed. The fall season came very early. Although we have not seen it "Anatomy of a Fall" is our favorite movie. David took a special trip. Click here to see a summary video of the real life reprise of the 1970 LP "Tripping Out" for which David did the music. Note also the coincidence of the video that David danced to the music of The Faint.
In case you don't know the back story, David fainted at the top of the stairs on July 2 and fell down the stairs and broke his neck. He spent three weeks in the hospital. You might say that he got screwed. His cervical vertebrae are held together by screws and rods. He received excellent care at Nebraska Medicine and from Josie and Quinn. In fact, Josie who said I was a "good catch" caught David the second time he fainted. You could say that he fell for her. Josie had to heal from taking David's weight during that fall. He is a real fall guy. David is thankful to be living his third life having survived these falls as well as his electrocution at age 7. And for any numerologists out there.- electrocuted at 7, broken neck at 77 and neck surgery just hours away from the date 7/7 (It actually was 7/7 in New Zealand).

Night at the Farm: A Bedtime Party will open at the The Rose Theater in Omaha in January 2024 for nine performances. The excitement is building and we hope you can attend. Chelsea and Quinn will be there for the opening of the musical. If you are among those who have not seen the book that inspired the musical, then click here.
Night at the Farm is not to be confused with the book Animal Farm. It is less dystopic but it does conjure up the apocryphal enigma taught to David by his brothers - spelling the word "pig" backwards and then saying the word "funny."
In May Josie was the proud recipient of a new hip. They put her right hip in, they took her right hip out and that's what it's all about.
Two score, have some more.
Trixie, Quinn and Tim's new dog instinctually herds remote control cars, balls and even falling leaves.
